1 (14 oz) can of beef broth
3 pounds boneless shoulder butt pork roast (it's cheap...you can use a different pork cut if you want)
1 (18 oz) bottle of bbq sauce (KC Masterpiece original is the best)
1. Pour beef broth in slow cooker and add pork roast. Cook on high for 4 hours.
2. Remove meat and shread with 2 forks.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Put shredded meat in iron skillet or dutch oven and stir in barbecue sauce.
5. Bake in oven for 30 min.
Serve on hamburger buns with salad. DELICIOUS!!
